Bahasa BAIS Translation

Since its inception, the Islamic Online University (IOU) has strived to benefit students with authentic Islamic education while taking their convenience into consideration. Along with flexible study hours and the privilege to gain a degree within the comfort of their home, IOU took a step forward when it decided to translate its Bachelor of Arts in Islamic Studies (BAIS) degree into various languages. This step helped to ensure that every person on planet earth has easy access to Islamic knowledge – without any language barrier.

In 2016, IOU collaborated with various translators to translate its most in-depth Islamic degree to the Bahasa language. With the immense support from our donors, we were able to successfully translate the first six semesters of the BAIS program for the people of Indonesia, resulting in the launching of BAIS Bahasa in February 2017 and over 350 students benefited from it so far.

But the journey has not ended. This year, IOU is again launching a charity drive to continue to educate Muslims in Indonesia in their native language. We aim to translate the last two semesters of the BAIS program, which includes 12 courses containing 325 hours of video and 9,288 document pages, however, this is not possible without your support.

Your donation will go towards an 18 month effort to translate the BAIS semester material. It will help the Indonesian people benefit from the beauty of religion and will come back to you as a mountain full of good deeds.

Donate generously to this noble cause and be among those whom Allah has promised relief from grief and fear!

Let your wealth educate a Muslim thereby benefitting yourself and the Ummah in shaa Allah!

It was narrated from Abu Hurayrah (may Allaah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Allaah said: ‘Spend, O son of Adam, and I shall spend on you.’”
